With our confidence in our repair methods, we ensure that the components of your machine are as reliable as newly manufactured parts Laser Welding, which enables distortion-free repairs and reprocessing to original tolerances, and High-Speed Balancing are just two examples of the advanced technologies we employ. Through continuous research, we identify and integrate such cutting-edge tools into our service line to deliver the best service in the industry. In order to elevate our maintenance services to the highest quality level, we design, develop, and discover new technologies within our own facilities, such as our Fully-Automatic Hard Facing Machine, that cannot be outsourced. We secure their patents and integrate them into our production. We diligently complete the maintenance and repair processes for your machines and send them after 100% testing, in accordance with ISO and manufacturer standards, for parameters such as vibration, bearing temperatures, and noise levels.

To maintain the highest quality of our spare parts, we compare our material analyses and research with academic findings. We provide our customers with the correct spare parts tailored to their specific processes, ensuring scientific accuracy. Our machining procedures are prepared using the most precise measurement methods, such as CMM. We utilize technologies such as 5-axis Laser Machine for 3D cuttting and welding of parts, Linear Welding Machine with Ø1400mm, 8 m working range, and 10ton load capacity, 6000 mm 5-axis Milling Machine, Ø1100 mm 5-axis Mill Turn, Ø1800 mm Vertical Mill Turn, and 5-axis lathe with 2-micron positional repeatability.

Before sending our products to you, our meticulous quality department performs various inspections using advanced tools and methods, ensuring that all quality checks are conducted in accordance with ISO and ASME standards to meet the highest industry requirements.
