In line with our global growth strategy, we are pleased to announce an important leadership appointment that will further strengthen our operational structure across all regions.
In this context, Özgür Günay has joined our organization as Managing Director – Global Operations.
Mr. Günay brings over 26 years of international experience across multiple industries, with a strong track record in operations management, business development, R&D, and production processes. With an academic background in Materials Engineering, he has led multidisciplinary teams throughout his career and has played a key role in establishing efficiency, quality, and innovation-driven operational structures. He has successfully led product design and manufacturing processes within an initiative he built from the ground up, enabling the launch of multiple product models and earning an innovation award. Furthermore, through his roles in international collaborations, strategic partnerships, and large-scale investment projects, he has made significant contributions to the development of sustainable and integrated operational models within multinational organizations.
In his new role, Mr. Günay will be responsible for all international operations, including Türkiye. His primary focus will be on increasing operational efficiency, strengthening cross-country coordination, and implementing a standardized and fully integrated global operations structure.
With this appointment, we aim to establish a more integrated, agile, and strategically aligned operational framework, supporting our growth objectives through sustainable and scalable operational processes.
