Centriplus Turkey’s new Managing Director Esra Akgün is known for her remarkable achievements in her education and professional career. After graduating from Middle East Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering, Akgün expanded her knowledge by doing an EMBA at Boğaziçi University after her master’s degree.
In her professional career, she took part in domestic and international projects on the optimization of quality processes and worked as Quality Assurance Manager until 2010.
Opening a new page in her career in 2011, Akgün led important projects to increase competitiveness in the sector by taking part in senior positions in various departments such as strategic planning, management systems, business excellence, service academy, technical management and call center in the restructuring of after-sales customer services.
